Helping people buy and sell real estate is what I do. I learned at an early age what it takes to be a great Realtor, & I learned it from the best, my mom Marty Prindle. I was privileged to grow up with not just the best mom in the world, but also a mom who is a real estate broker. My mom started her real estate career in 1980, I was in high school. She hit the ground running & was a top producing agent from her first year. And, I’m talking about a time when interest rates were over 18%, that’s right I said interest rates over 18%. I witnessed at a young age the time, effort, & energy it took to be the best. She didn’t do all this for herself, it was for her clients, helping them accomplish what they wanted was her driving force. That’s what I learned, its not about me, it’s about you. So, jump forward to 1999. My wife Kim & I have a young family & decide to move back to Zanesville to raise them. I’ve graduated college, built a few houses & worked in the finance, mortgage. Perfect life experience for real estate. My mother Marty Prindle & I decide to open Prindle Real Estate together in 1999, so my real estate career took off & has been running successfully ever since!
